EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Quality Process Engineer to lead data-driven quality improvements in a complex manufacturing environment in Italy. You will analyze data, identify root causes, and drive actions that raise product and process quality.

The role requires collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality teams, development of dashboards and documentation, and a proactive approach to implementing process improvement projects.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a complex environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of quality tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys, RCA).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Basic statistical knowledge.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the company.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making.

Your role

As Quality Process Engineer you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in quality and processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth workflows.
• Investigating and troubleshooting quality related product or production issues.
• Support the implementation of process improvement projects to enhance quality standards.
• Develop and maintain quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Main requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a complex environment as Quality Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Quality tools (Fishbone, 5 whys, root cause analysis, …).
• Good Knowledge of Ms Office.
• Basics of Statistics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
