Job summary

Arrow Global Components, part of Arrow Electronics, seeks a Quality Engineer to join the EMEA Quality team in Italy. The role focuses on maintaining the QMS, driving CAPA, audits and process improvements, ensuring regulatory and customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related role.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
Experience leading customer-facing quality investigations and corrective actions.
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Support development, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS in line with customer requirements and standards.
Maintain quality data and documentation; ensure compliance with customer and regulatory obligations.
Lead customer-facing quality investigations and CAPA to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Distribution Centre teams to meet quality objectives.
Develop quality metrics, reports, and KPIs; monitor performance and trends.
