Somfy Group in Italy seeks a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager to deploy and ensure the Supplier Quality Assurance process across development and serial production, achieving QCDTE objectives and managing supplier quality risk.

You will lead a team of Supplier Quality Leaders, drive performance, implement corrective actions, and collaborate across development centers and manufacturing sites. Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.

Competenze

10–15 years of experience in supplier quality (projects/serial production).
3–5 years of team management experience.
Good knowledge of Office Suite (Excel...).
Fluent professional English.
Fluent Italian is mandatory.

Mansioni

Lead a team of Supplier Quality Leaders overseeing project and serial production.
Own and achieve QCDTE performance objectives for projects and suppliers.
Monitor quality indicators, report results, and drive corrective actions.
Deploy the SQ Assurance process from development to serial production.
Identify and manage quality risks, escalate issues, and support supplier reviews.
Contribute to continuous improvement of supplier processes and tools.
