Rotork in Toscana, Italy, seeks a Quality Engineer to support our product development and operations, ensuring products meet customer specs and internal standards. You will oversee QA across processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will develop and maintain QA protocols, conduct audits, drive root-cause analyses, and lead corrective actions. Fluent English and Italian required; experience with ISO 9001 is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3/4 years of related experience.
• Strong ability in reading and interpreting complex drawings/blueprints to understand parameters of components/products.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D).
• Full English and Italian

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA protocols and procedures to ensure operations comply with established standards.
• Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
• Provide training and support to staff on current quality standards and best practices.
• Participate in development and review of project plans to ensure quality requirements are defined and met.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to regulations and resolve NCRs with cross-functional teams.
