Job summary

CBRE Government & Defense Services seeks a Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety lead to implement and supervise QMS programs at a facility. The position requires CMQ/OE certification and 5+ years of experience in quality management on large contracts, with strong communication and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• CMQ/OE certification required.
• 5+ years of experience managing QMS programs on large contracted projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control evaluation and reporting in construction or facility management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and supervise QEHS programs across the facility.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate safety auditors, inspectors, and related personnel.
• Ensure contractor and subcontractor adherence to the QCP requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs for facility staff.
• Perform quality and safety audits and inspections to identify deficiencies and drive corrective action.
• Maintain incident logs and compile reports and trend analyses.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
