King & George, LLC seeks a Quality Manager responsible for planning, implementing, and enforcing the Quality Management System (QMS). The role is based at NAS Sigonella and operates independently from day-to-day operations.

The candidate will develop the QCP, supervise QA staff, and deliver regular quality performance reports, while leading training and ensuring full compliance with government QAEs requirements.

Competenze

• Minimum five years of experience developing and enforcing QMS programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Must not be the PM or SSHO.
• Must pass a federal, state, or local background investigation per requirements.

Mansioni

• Develops and maintains the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Ensures quality procedures are applied across all functional areas.
• Supervises Quality Control Managers/inspectors.
• Conducts trend analysis of inspection data, reporting deficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Serves as primary point of contact for Government QAEs.
• Ensures documentation of inspections, tests, and corrective actions are complete and accurate.
• Leads quality awareness training for all contract staff.
• Provides monthly and quarterly quality performance reports.
