Dr. Schär in Italy seeks a Quality expert to oversee QA in production, ensuring finished product quality and maintaining the QMS (ISO 9001, BRC, AIC, RSPO). You will lead process monitoring, deviations handling, and drive improvements across operations.

The role requires 5–8 years in quality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to own decisions. Fluency in English and German or Italian is preferred in this global, sustainability-focused workplace.

Competenze

• Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in quality roles, with exposure to supplier management and production.
• Solid understanding of production processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Proven ability to take ownership, make decisions and lead operationally.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Fluent in English and in German or Italian.
