Dr. Schär AG is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to plan and control global production, monitor inventory, and schedule production in partnership with local plant managers to ensure alignment and continuity.

You will directly or indirectly manage procurement of production materials to meet timelines, while contributing to manufacturing site projects and internal Supply Chain initiatives. The role values a degree in economics or engineering, 1–2 years in supply chain or production, and a proactive,

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain processes and/or production environment.
• Strong teamwork, proactive approach, and objective-focused.

Mansioni

Your Tasks

• Plan and control short- and mid-term global production plans, including inventory monitoring and production scheduling
• Work closely with other Supply Chain Planners and local plant managers to ensure alignment and continuity
• Manage, directly or indirectly, the procurement of production materials in terms of quantities and timing
• Actively contribute to development projects related to manufacturing sites and to internal Supply Chain Management initiatives

Your Profile

• Preferably a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain processes and/or a production environment, with experience in inventory management, production planning, distribution, or forecasting
• Strong teamwork skills, a proactive approach, and motivation to achieve objectives
• Fluent English; German and Italian are considered a plus

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of EUR 34,000gross per year for this position. Depending on the candidate's professional experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities required, the final compensation package may exceed this amount.
