Dr. Schär in Italy seeks a Quality professional to ensure finished product quality and maintain the Quality Management System across supplier and production environments.

The role focuses on data-driven improvements, root-cause analyses, and cross-functional collaboration in a modern, sustainable workplace. English and German or Italian fluency are required, with onboarding and buddy support provided.

Competenze

• Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Quality roles, with exposure to both supplier management and production environments.
• Solid understanding of production processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Proven ability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead operationally.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Fluent in English and in German or Italian.

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of EUR 34,000gross per year for this position. Depending on the candidate's professional experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities required, the final compensation package may exceed this amount.
