Blue Fox is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a major data centre construction project in Milan, Italy. The role focuses on leading QA/QC on site, developing the Quality Management Plan, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong GC/Main Contractor background and prior data centre or mission-critical project experience, with excellent stakeholder management and leadership of quality teams on fast-paced projects.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong General Contractor (GC) / Main Contractor background.
• Experience with data centre or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ITPs, inspections and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead quality teams and drive standards on a fast-paced project.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities on site.

• Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, drawings and relevant standards.
• Oversee inspections, ITPs, quality documentation and commissioning-related quality activities.
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions and continuous improvement processes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, client representatives and the wider project team.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of construction.

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a major data centre construction project in Milan, Italy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with a strong main contractor (GC) background and experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical construction projects.

Position: Quality Manager

Start Date: December 2026 / January 2027

Contract: Contract position

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities on site.
