Dr. Schar is seeking a Quality professional to lead and maintain quality standards across finished products and production processes. The role requires oversight of the Quality Management System and collaboration with Production teams to resolve deviations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Food Science & Technology, 5–8 years in quality roles, and fluency in English plus German or Italian. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with global quality standards in a

Competenze

Degree in Food Science & Technology or related field.
5–8 years of experience in Quality roles, with exposure to supplier management and production environments.
Solid understanding of production processes.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving.
Proven ability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead operationally.
Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
Fluent in English and in German or Italian.

Mansioni

Ensure quality control of finished products.
Maintain a strong operational presence in production, monitoring processes and managing product-related deviations.
Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (e.g. ISO 9001, BRC, AIC, RSPO), including documentation and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement by analysing quality data (waste, complaints, trends) and implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production.
