Henkel is seeking a Quality Systems leader to develop and manage quality control frameworks across laboratories and production, ensuring compliance with MSA and 5S principles. You will drive continuous improvement and partner with cross-functional teams to safeguard product quality.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields, 5+ years in a similar quality role (automotive experience preferred), and fluent English.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar quality role in manufacturing preferred (auto sector is a plus).
• Fluent English communication and documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and improve quality control systems, procedures, and documentation.
• Oversee routine and surveillance tests and coordinate inspections across materials, production, packaging, and finished goods.
• Lead investigations into non-conforming materials and drive root-cause analyses and countermeasures.
• Coordinate PFMEA/Risk Assessments and Quality improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
