dsm-firmenich is establishing a new Collecchio site and seeks a Lead Specialist Quality Assurance to shape quality and food safety from day one. You will own quality outcomes, lead audits, and embed robust QMS while collaborating with teams and customers.

This role offers the chance to build processes, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the Taste, Texture & Health vision at a pivotal early stage.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science field.
• Minimum 2 years QA experience in food/nutrition manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of Food Safety and QMS (BRC, FSSC, ISO).
• Food Hygiene Supervisor, HACCP, VACCP, TACCP, Lead Auditor qualifications desired.
• Excellent communication with technical stakeholders.
• High accuracy, proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent Italian; very good English language skills.

Mansioni

• Support setup and Quality foundation for a new site, ensuring readiness for operations and certifications.
• Develop and implement QMS aligned with FSSC22000, ISO9001, RSPO, and related standards.
• Secure approvals and certifications by drafting robust QMS documentation.
• Drive site-wide Quality strategy aligned with global and regional goals.
• Foster a strong Quality culture and continuous improvement across teams.
• Oversee non-conformances and customer complaints with effective resolution.
• Build and lead a high-performing Quality team and participate in the global network.
