Bayer Healthcare Manufacturing Garbagnate plant offers a 6-month postgraduate internship in Quality Assurance. The role involves supporting onboarding training, GMP documentation, and QA training activities, with a focus on developing cross-functional collaboration and rigorous documentation practices.

The intern will learn GMP standards, documentation review processes, and how to manage training records, while contributing to KPI monitoring and archival duties.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology or Pharmacy.
• Strong digital skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Organisational and coordination abilities, lean methodology knowledge.
• Fluent English; Italian mother tongue.

Mansioni

• Assist in onboarding training program enhancements and design.
• Support review/update of Training Qualification Profile for personnel.
• Help manage GMP training records and annual GMP training monitoring.
• Assist GMP documentation management and QA Documentation & Training KPIs.
• Contribute to batch documentation archiving and retention requirements.
• Collaborate with local experts in cross-functional teams.
