Bayer Healthcare Manufacturing is offering a 6-month internship in the Quality Department at the Garbagnate plant. The role focuses on GMP documentation, onboarding training enhancements, and Training Qualification Profile reviews, with exposure to QA documentation management and KPI monitoring.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology or Pharmacy, are fluent in English and Italian, and have strong MS Office skills.

Mansioni

• Engage in implementing onboarding training program enhancements and design.
• Review and update Training Qualification Profile for personnel.
• Support GMP training records management and annual training monitoring.
• Assist in overseeing GMP documentation and KPIs; develop quality metrics.
• Support batch documentation archiving and retention requirements.
• Collaborate with local experts in cross-functional teams.
