Bayer Healthcare Manufacturing offers a 6-month internship in the Quality Department at the Garbagnate plant. You will contribute to GMP training, documentation management, and QA processes while learning in a cross-functional team environment.

The role suits a Master’s graduate in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology or Pharmacy with strong English and Italian skills, plus solid MS Office proficiency. Monthly compensation is €800, location Garbagnate Milanese.

• Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology or Pharmacy.
• Fluent in English; Italian mother tongue.
• Strong digital skills with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent organization and coordination abilities (lean methodology).

Mansioni

• Engage in onboarding training program enhancement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support review and update of Training Qualification Profile for personnel.
• Assist with GMP training records, monitoring, and documentation management.
• Help monitor QA Documentation & Training KPIs and develop quality metrics.
• Assist in batch documentation archiving and retention requirements.
• Collaborate with local experts in a cross-functional environment.
