Comer Industries, based in Reggiolo, Italy, invites you to join the Quality Team as an intern to learn hands-on quality management and control for high-precision transmissions. You will work within our SAP ERP system, contributing to product control and quality systems under a dedicated mentor.

You will support dim. and GD&T interpretation, learn SAP QM workflows, participate in 8D/5 Whys analyses, and help prepare OEM-facing qualification docs such as PPAP and APQP, while computing KPIs and

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or equivalent.
Ability to read/mechanical drawings; GD&T knowledge is a plus.
Theoretical knowledge or basic familiarity with SAP software is a strong asset.
Written and spoken English (B2) for international interactions.
Good knowledge of statistical process control.

Mansioni

Support dimensional and geometric quality inspections on mechanical components using engineering drawings and specs.
Log inspection data in SAP QM, manage blocking/releasing lots, and track quality workflows.
Assist in managing internal and external non-conformances; participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Whys).
Prepare product qualification documentation for OEM clients (PPAP, APQP, sample approvals).
Help gather data to calculate department KPIs and draft periodic quality reports.
