Technogym seeks an experienced Purchasing & R&D Controller to join the HQ Finance Team in Cesena, Italy. You will drive relentless product cost reduction, partner with R&D and Procurement, and steer profitability through rigorous financial rigor.

You will act as a Finance Business Partner, providing insights to guide strategy and ensure best-in-class cost structures across global products.

Competenze

10+ years of relevant experience in product cost reduction, financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
Strong capability in analyzing Bill of Materials (BOM), calculating product manufacturing costs, and executing target costing methodologies.
Understanding of procurement dynamics, including tracking Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and evaluating raw material indexations and supplier cost breakdown sheets.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial management and reporting.
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization and analysis.

Mansioni

Act as the internal champion for continuous product cost optimization, driving cost-out initiatives with R&D and Purchasing.
Collaborate with R&D and Engineering during early design phases to implement target costing and BOM analysis.
Work with Procurement to track PPV and identify make-or-buy opportunities with clear financial data.
Develop, track, and report on high-impact KPIs and ROI for R&D and procurement leadership.
Monitor project budgets and evaluate CAPEX investments to maximize ROI and avoid overruns.
Lead PM activities to ensure progress and recovery planning.
