Zu den Aufgaben gehören Bestellmanagement für Lebensmittel, Getränke und Materialien, Lieferantenrecherche, Angebotsvergleich, Dokumentenmanagement, Zusammenarbeit mit Abteilungen und Inventurunterstützung. Voraussetzungen: Präzision, Organisation, Teamfähigkeit; gute Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse; erste Erfahrungen im Einkauf

Excelsior Hotel Gallia is looking for an intern for the Purchasing Department.

Main activities

• Support in managing and monitoring orders of food supplies, beverages, and materials for the property


• Assistance in researching and comparing quotes from suppliers, evaluating quality and prices


• Filing and document management activities


• Collaboration with different hotel departments to ensure compliance with company standards


• Support in warehouse management and periodic inventories

Requirements

• Precision, organization, and attention to detail


• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in team


• Good knowledge of Italian and English language
