CNH Industrial in Torino, Italy is seeking a Purchasing Controller to join the team and support purchasing cost control and supplier performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in controlling, with strong analytical skills and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle). Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus. The annual salary shown ranges from 39,000 to 59,800 EUR, with potential bonus depending on qualifications.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Purchasing Controller to join our team and support purchasing cost control and supplier performance activities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor purchasing costs and budget preparation
• Support cost analysis, savings tracking, CAPEX and SG&A management
• Assist Purchasing managers in cost breakdown and other analyses
• Collaborate with different stakeholders withing Supply Chain and Platform to ensure alignment to strategic plan.

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar
• 2-5 years of experience (internships welcome) in controlling
• Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency (advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills (Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau,etc).
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (ie. SAP, Oracle,etc)
• Fluency in English (Italian is a plus)
• Business acumen and communication, coordination skills
• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet strict deadlines. Capable of prioritizing complex tasks to deliver accurate results on schedule.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is EUR €39,000.00 - €59,800.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
