Huawei Technologies Italia S.r.l. è alla ricerca di un Purchase Order Specialist per supportare le attività di procurement e garantire una gestione efficiente degli ordini d'acquisto.

Lavorerai con team interni, fornitori e reparti HR/Finance per assicurare l'esecuzione puntuale delle attività, nel rispetto delle policy aziendali. Si richiede laurea in economia/gestione e 1–2 anni di esperienza nel procurement.

Competenze

• Laurea in Economia/Management/Business Administration o equivalente.
• 1–2 anni di esperienza in attività di procurement sono preferiti.
• Buone competenze con MS Office e capacità relazionali interne/esterne.

Mansioni

• Gestire attività di procurement in base alle esigenze della Business Unit.
• Preparare documenti correlati agli ordini d'acquisto e supportare i fornitori dalla quotazione alla configurazione di fatturazione nel sistema.
• Monitorare lo stato degli ordini d'acquisto per garantire consegne puntuali.
• Supportare la gestione contratti e l'archiviazione dei documenti.

Purchase Order Specialist

Location: Vimodrone (Milan), Italy Contract Type: One-year fixed-term leased contract through Randstad Italia, with the possibility of renewal.

About the Opportunity

Huawei Milan Research Center is looking for a Purchase Order Specialist to support procurement operations and ensure an efficient purchase order management process across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with internal business teams, suppliers, Procurement, HR, and Finance to ensure the timely execution of purchasing activities while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures. If you are well organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in an international and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Manage general procurement activities based on the Business Unit's needs;
• Purchase order related documents preparing, suppliers supporting from the quotation to the billing configuration in the system;
• Monitoring the ongoing purchase order tracking, to ensure smooth delivery;
• Support contract management and Archiving.

What are the skills required for this position?

• University degree in Business Economics/Business Management/ Business Administration;
• More than 1-2 year of experience in procurement activities is preferred;
• Proficient with MS Office;
• Fluency in Italian and English, Chinese will be considered a bonus;
• Good interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, experience with Asian business culture will be considered a plus;
• Autonomy, organization and structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

We offer a gross annual salary typically ranging from €28.000 to €35.000 determined according to objective criteria such as professional experience, competencies, and seniority. The applicable collective bargaining agreement is the CCNL Telecommunications, within level C3.
