Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic PR & Social Media plans to strengthen brand positioning in the Italy market.
• Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to drive earned coverage and partnerships.
• Lead PR campaigns (press releases, media pitches, events) in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
• Partner with Brand Managers, Central Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and engage with audiences on social media, addressing inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and PR best practices to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on PR & social media experience, with a focus on the Italy market.
• Proven success in designing and executing impactful PR/social campaigns.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal) with exceptional storytelling skills.
