Beiersdorf is seeking a motivated PR intern to support the corporate PR team in Milan. You will work closely with different functions to produce PR materials, monitor publications, and assist with media relationships and event organization.

The role offers hands-on international experience, flexible hours, remote work 2 days per week after onboarding, and access to on-site canteen and company store. Fluent English and Italian native are required.

Competenze

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools.

Mansioni

• Support in the production of PR materials (press releases, press notes, speeches, interviews) with the PR agency.
• Daily monitoring of online and offline publications related to the brands.
• Collaborate with agency for LinkedIn PED materials, topics, timelines, revisions, approvals.
• Support agency in media relations by providing product info and sending testers to journalists.
• Help organize PR events from concept to briefing, agency selection, planning and on-day support.

Your Tasks

We are seeking a motivated and passionate intern to support our PR team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with other functions of the company.

Responsibilities

• Support in the production of PR materials (press releases, press notes, speeches, interviews, and DEMs) in collaboration with the PR agency
• Daily monitoring of online and offline publications related to the brands
• Collaboration with the agency in managing the LinkedIn PED, by providing relevant materials, suggesting communication topics, managing publication timelines, revisions, and approvals
• Support to the agency in managing relationships with media outlets, by providing product information and sending tester to journalists when requested
• Active participation in the organization of PR events, from concept development to briefing for the pitch, agency selection, planning of the activity, and operational support on the day of the event

Your Profile

Key Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital communication
• Creativity, proactivity, result orientation, problem-solving attitude.
• Knowledge of key IT tools, and MS Office.
• Italian mother tongue.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
