Dott seeks a Public Policy Manager to drive growth in Italy, strengthening ties with municipalities, institutions, and partners. The role blends high-level policy with concrete execution across tenders and reports.

The position is hybrid (3 days in office), based in Milan or anywhere in Italy with travel. You’ll lead policy initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams to align regulatory goals with business strategies.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in public affairs/policy or mobility consulting.
• Proven project ownership from start to finish with strong attention to detail.
• Strong writing skills in Italian and English for correspondence and proposals.
• Degree in Law, Business, Political Science or International Relations (Master’s in public affairs or business development is a plus).

Mansioni

• Identify and prioritise expansion opportunities in Italy and build Dott’s positioning for each.
• Contribute to developing local communities and engagement through commercial activities and offers.
• Support users and city satisfaction with local operations teams.
• Build and maintain partnerships around Dott with external stakeholders.
• Develop trust-based relationships with municipalities and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Administrations to shape market regulations.
• Represent Dott at public policy-related events.
• Organise policy-relevant activities.
• Own Dott’s tender contributions end-to-end: positioning, local content, and deadlines.
