Bolton Food in Italy (Cermenate) seeks a PSO Controller to strengthen the Finance Department. You will contribute to driving the plant's economic performance by delivering accurate cost analysis and useful financial insights.

You will close the books, forecast costs, analyze variances, and partner with the Industrial team. The role also involves cost reporting for launches and payback analysis for investments.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics and Finance or Management Engineering.
• 2–3 years' experience in controlling, preferably in MNCs or FMCG.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage closing activities, tracking and forecasting of production and transformation costs for the Italian legal entity.
• Analyse production cost variances and plant performance against KPIs.
• Act as a business partner for the Industrial team with cost insights.
• Prepare cost reports for new launches/products and perform payback analyses.

We are looking for a PSO Controller to join our Finance Department in Bolton Food based in Italy, Cermenate.

How you make the difference

You will join the PSO Controlling Team to contribute to driving the plant's economic performance by providing accurate cost analysis and valuable financial insights.

How your agenda looks like:

• You will manage closing activities, tracking and forecasting of production and transformation costs for the Italian legal entity;
• You will analyse production cost variances;
• You will analyse plant economic performance against KPIs and act as a business partner for the Industrial team;
• You will prepare cost reports related to new launches/products and perform payback analyses for investments.

Your team:

You will report to the PSO Controlling Manager Italy.

What makes you a great fit:

• Master's Degree in Economics and Finance or Management Engineering;
• Experience in controlling of 2-3 years, preferably in MNCs or FMCG;
• Good knowledge of IT systems such as OFFICE Suite;
• Knowledge of SAP is considered a preferential requirement;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
