Bolton is seeking a Supply Planning Intern to join the PSO team in the Home & Personal Care Business Unit, based in Nova Milanese. You will support the Capacity Planner in medium-long term production management and ensure plans align with Supply Chain KPI targets.

Your daily tasks include reporting, processing stock profile files, managing the Oral Care portfolio with the Foreign Team, compiling master data for new SKUs, managing project databases, and preparing monthly KPI files.

Competenze

• Education: Master’s degree, or bachelor’s plus master’s, in Engineering Management or Economics with an interest in production planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good Excel and Office proficiency.
• Fluent Italian and English required.

Mansioni

• Daily reporting to support the Production Planning team.
• Processing stock profile files for coverage monitoring.
• Direct management of the Oral Care portfolio with the Foreign Team.
• Master Data compilation for new SKUs.
• Database management of new projects with phase in/phase out analysis.
• Preparation of KPI files on a monthly basis.

We are looking for a Supply Planning Intern to join the PSO team in the Home & Personal Care Business Unit, based in Nova Milanese.

How you make the difference

You will make a difference by supporting the Capacity Planner in the medium-long term production management activity through the implementation and monitoring of production plans in line with Supply Chain KPI targets.

How your agenda looks like:

• Daily Reporting activities to support the entire Production Planning team
• Processing of Stock Profile Files of the entire product portfolio for coverage monitoring
• Direct management of the Oral Care product portfolio with the Foreign Team
• Master Data compilation of the new Sku
• Database Management of new Projects with analysis of phase in – phase out switches
• Preparation of KPI files on a monthly basis

The Team:

You will report directly to the Capacity Planner.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Master's degree, or a bachelor's degree followed by a master's degree, in Engineering Management or Economics with an interest in production planning management.
• Technical skills: Good understanding of the Office package and Excel, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Local language: knowledge of Italian and English is required.
