Officina Stellare S.p.A. in Italy is seeking a Proposal Manager to coordinate institutional and commercial project proposals, manage the full bidding process, and liaise with technical teams to define compliant, innovative solutions.

You will report to the head of proposals and the domain business development lead, supporting coordination across internal and external stakeholders and maintaining databases per company standards.

Mansioni

• Support with institutional and commercial projects proposal coordination, preparation and submission.
• Report to the head of the proposals and the domain business development responsible.
• Support with the management of the entire bidding process, from analysing documentation and interacting with the customer, to drafting and validating the proposal, through to negotiation and contract finalisation.
• Support organise and coordinate the proposal preparation process, ensuring parallelisation and full compliance with company procedures, customer procurement rules, regulatory standards, export conditions, and contractual constraints.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary contributions, working closely with technical and operational teams to define solutions and architectures aligned with bid objectives.
• Help update and maintain the company sales, marketing and proposals databases according to the agreed processes and standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal management processes and the development of the company's knowledge base.

PROPOSAL MANAGER – ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

• Support with institutional and commercial projects proposal coordination, preparation and submission.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Location: Sarcedo, Vicenza (Italy);
• Working time: full time, hybrid as per the internal policy;
• Compensation: fixed term of one year, 25.000€ – 27.000€ based on the candidate's experience.
