Job summary

Marsh Risk is seeking a recent graduate to join the Property Risk Consulting team in Milan on a hybrid basis through the Professional Graduate Programme. You will conduct on-site risk assessments, support insurance and risk transfer activities, and contribute to loss prevention and fire protection analyses across production, logistics and facilities.

The programme begins with a 6-month internship (€800 monthly) and meal vouchers, with the potential to move to an apprenticeship contract offering

Qualifications

• Master Degree in Engineering is required.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Advanced IT skills using main IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site property risk assessments including fire, explosion, theft and natural events.
• Support property-related insurance and risk transfer activities.
• Perform loss prevention activities with practical mitigation plans.
