Allianz in Lombardia (Italy) seeks an experienced risk engineer and underwriter to shape the strategy for constructions and corporate client risks. You will work with Risk Engineering and cross-functional partners to manage portfolio performance and underwriting discipline.

You will support product development and acquisition/retention, including agent and broker negotiations, with international collaboration and significant impact on risk management for a leading insurer.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Industrial, Civil, Construction or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in underwriting profitable Risk Engineering for corporate and construction risks.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work in an international organization.
• Strong pricing knowledge and market analysis skills.
• Experience in designing/implementing robust wordings and underwriting projects (preferred).
• Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).

In this role you will shape the risk engineering strategy for Constructions and Corporate Client risks in the Italian market, aligning with the Group and Allianz Mid Corporate targets. You will work closely with the Risk Engineering Team and cross-functional partners to manage portfolio performance and underwriting discipline.
