Angst+Pfister is seeking a Project Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and costing for new customer projects, from initial quotation through SOP. You will manage sampling, coordinate milestones with internal teams and suppliers, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives in a dynamic, international setting.

Your profile requires a technical degree with a strong commercial mindset, plus experience in project management, sourcing, and supplier evaluation.

Formación

• Degree + commercial mindset required.
• Experience in PM, sourcing, procurement or supplier management in industrial environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in TCO analysis and should-cost calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manage cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German language skills are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing and costing activities for new customer projects from launch to SOP.
• Manage sampling process and coordinate project milestones with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier offers via should-cost analysis and balance quality, cost and delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with suppliers; support supplier development.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for product categories and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Product Management, and Quality teams for growth projects.

YOUR MISSION

• Lead the sourcing and costing activities for new customer projects, ensuring timely and competitive quotations from project launch to SOP.
• Manage the complete sampling process and coordinate project milestones, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier offers through should-cost analysis and make sourcing recommendations that balance quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial conditions with suppliers while supporting long-term supplier development initiatives.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned product categories, driving continuous improvement and supply chain resilience.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Product Management, and Quality teams to successfully execute growth projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent) combined with a strong commercial mindset.
• Proven experience in project management, sourcing, procurement, or supplier management within an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in TCO analysis, should-cost calculations, and supplier evaluation.
• Good understanding of manufacturing process steps involved in production of static and/or dynamic sealing products, such as O-rings, technical drawing parts etc.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and effectively manage cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German language skills are an advantage.
