Angst+Pfister is seeking a Project Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and costing for new customer projects from kickoff to SOP. You will coordinate sampling, align milestones, and ensure timely, competitive quotations while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Product Management and Quality teams.

Fluent in English and Italian with a technical degree and proven experience in industrial sourcing, you will drive should-cost analyses, supplier evaluation, and long-term supplier

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field with a strong commercial mindset.
• Proven experience in project management, sourcing, procurement, or supplier management in an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in TCO analysis, should-cost calculations, and supplier evaluation.
• Good understanding of manufacturing process steps involved in production of static and/or dynamic sealing products, such as O-rings and technical drawing parts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and effectively manage cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German language skills are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete sampling process and coordinate project milestones with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier offers through should-cost analysis and balance quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial conditions with suppliers while supporting long-term supplier development initiatives.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned product categories to drive continuous improvement and supply chain resilience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Product Management, and Quality to execute growth projects.

• Lead the sourcing and costing activities for new customer projects, ensuring timely and competitive quotations from project launch to SOP.

• Evaluate supplier offers through should-cost analysis and make sourcing recommendations that balance quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial conditions with suppliers while supporting long-term supplier development initiatives.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned product categories, driving continuous improvement and supply chain resilience.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Product Management, and Quality teams to successfully execute growth projects.

YOUR PROFILE
