Angst+Pfister in Milano seeks a Project Sourcing Manager to orchestrate sourcing and cost analysis for new customer projects, from initial quotation to start of production. You will coordinate sampling and milestones across internal teams and suppliers in an international industrial setting.

You will analyze supplier offers with should-cost methods, negotiate contracts and terms, and drive long-term supplier development.

Competenze

• Technical degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent) with strong commercial mindset.
• Proven experience in project management, sourcing, procurement, or supplier management within an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in TCO analysis and should-cost calculations.
• Good understanding of manufacturing steps involved in production of static and/or dynamic sealing products (O-rings, drawings).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manage cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German language skills are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Lead the sourcing and costing activities for new customer projects from launch to SOP.
• Manage the sampling process and coordinate project milestones with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier offers using should-cost analysis and balance quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial conditions with suppliers while supporting long-term supplier development initiatives.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned product categories, driving continuous improvement and supply chain resilience.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Product Management, and Quality teams to successfully execute growth projects.
