Arup is offering an Internship in Programme and Project Management at our Italian office in Milan. You will support project managers through planning, design, scheduling and budget tracking across diverse projects.

You will gain hands-on experience across lifecycle stages, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to sustainable built-environment solutions while developing professional skills for a career in project management.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Management required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Design required.
• Proficiency with Auto CAD and Adobe Suite is expected.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; work in a team.

Mansioni

• Assist project managers with presentations, project documentation, scheduling, progress and cost tracking.
• Gain exposure to risk management, quality assurance and client engagement.
• Participate in site visits, meetings and workshops to understand practical project delivery.
