Arup in Italy invites you to shape a future with purpose through an Electrical Engineer Intern role within our Building Services (MEP) team in Milano. Gain hands-on experience on iconic projects across Italy, collaborating with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver electrical services.

We expect you to be studying engineering or holding a related diploma, with a drive to learn, knowledge of sustainability, and proficiency in English and Italian, plus CAD/BIM and MS Office

Competenze

• Be currently studying at an Engineering University (Building/Electrical/Energy/other relevant) or holding a relevant technical Diploma.
• Ability to design and deliver engineering solutions on projects.
• Knowledge of sustainability principles.
• Good planning and organisation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of CAD and/or Building Information Modelling.

Mansioni

• Assist in the design and delivery of electrical services (MV and LV), collaborating with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to technical analysis, computations, preparation of specifications, modelling, and reporting under close supervision.
• Apply standard methods and techniques for solving problems.
• Deliver high quality work including drawings, reports, documentation, presentations or authority submissions within agreed timeframes.
• Participate in site visits, design reviews and project workshops.
