Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking a hands-on Project Planner to enhance the delivery of complex construction projects through rigorous planning and the use of planning software. You’ll translate this knowledge into a clear plan and help the teams prioritise to deliver value.

Join our Project Planning Team and work with industry leaders who value learning, scalable solutions and personal growth. We support flexible, home-based work with site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on construction projects and experience in project planning (software and principles).
• Decent Excel skills.
• Strong interest in data.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan: Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure that the project is working to it effectively.
• Mitigate delays and manage commercially.
• Report and inform: Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels.
• Make scalable solutions: Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team.
• Develop everyone: Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally.
