Job summary

Metlen Energy & Metals cerca un Project Scheduler per unirsi al team M Renewables in Italia, con sede a Milano. Il ruolo prevede la creazione e il monitoraggio di piani di progetto, rapporti di avanzamento e coordinamento con ingegneri e responsabili.

È richiesta una solida esperienza in pianificazione, ottime capacità comunicative e conoscenza di MS Project; la conoscenza di Primavera P6 è un plus. Si offre un ambiente professionale e formazione continua.

Qualifications

• 2+ anni di esperienza come planner nel settore delle costruzioni.
• Ottime capacità comunicative.
• Alta attenzione ai dettagli.
• Conoscenza MS Project.
• Conoscenza di Primavera P6 sarebbe un plus.
• Approccio metodologico.
• Conoscenza di italiano e inglese.

Responsibilities

• Creare, mantenere e monitorare piani e programmi di costruzione per rispettare le scadenze.
• Coordinarsi con i responsabili e gli ingegneri per monitorare lo stato del progetto.
• Produrre report di avanzamento e forecast per il team, clienti e stakeholder.
• Creare un piano di gestione dei rischi.
• Individuare carenze e proporre azioni per ridurre i costi.
• Produrre piani di tender per supportare le offerte.
• Attività di pianificazione, reporting e monitoraggio secondo pipeline di esecuzione e sviluppo.

We're currently looking for a Project Scheduler to join our M Renewables team in Italy in our Milan offices.

Your role will encompass

• Creating, maintaining and monitoring construction schedules and plans to ensure that deadlines are met
• Liasing with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
• Producing progress reports and forecasts for teams members, client and stakholders as directored by Project Manager and Director
• Creatinga risk management plan
• Identifying shortcomings and advise on action plans on cost reduction efforts
• Producing tender plans to support bids
• Activities related to planning, reporting and monitoring according to execution and development pipeline

What you bring to the role

• 2+ previous working experience as plannerwithin the construction industry
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to details
• Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of MS Project
• knowledge of Primavera P6 would be a plus
• Methodological approach
• Italiand and English knowledge
