Metlen Energy & Metals is expanding its M Renewables team in Italy, seeking an HSE Site Supervisor to monitor and improve HSE plans on construction sites. You will supervise contractor/subcontractor activities and ensure documentation compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HSE construction experience, a degree in engineering, knowledge of Italian HSE legislation, and fluent English and Italian.

Competenze

• HSE construction experience (minimum 3-5 years of experience).
• Experience in energy projects is considered an advantage.
• University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation.
• Fluent English and fluent Italian.

Mansioni

• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of HSE Plans and propose improvement actions.
• Supervise activities and check documentation on site of contractor e/o subcontractor
• Review, analyze and prepare, if requested, Safety Plans for the construction site.
• Review when required, project drawings and POS to identify any foreseeable health and safety (H&S) problems for construction
• Ensure the required HSE information is displayed in the site office and site is fully compliant with all HSE documentation
• Prepare the site’s H&S files in accordance with PSC, POS, and legal requirements. Ensure all files are always up to date.
• Establish key information required for the emergency plans, power networks, environmental agency, gas network, water, BT, hospital, police, fire and HSE. Prepare the site’s emergency plan.
• Control of subcontractors H&S through briefings and discussion

We are currently looking forHSE Site Supervisorto join our M Renewables team inItaly, part of our subsidiaryMETKA EGNfor different sites.

Your role will encompass:

Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of HSE Plans and propose improvement actions.

What you bring to the role:

Compensation & Contractual Framework

The starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is €35,100, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
Applicable CCNL: Metalmeccanico
CNA Level / Inquadramento: B1

The final compensation may reflect the candidate’s relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company’s remuneration framework.
