Amaris Consulting is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead complex digital projects across Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna. You will oversee planning, risks and stakeholder coordination, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while aligning business and technical needs.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong Jira/Confluence/Power BI skills, and fluency in Italian and English. It offers hybrid work with one in-office day per month and a broad benefits package in an international

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience in large and complex corporate environments.
• Strong planning, risk, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating Agile/SDLC, testing and handover.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Experience with eCommerce and Mobile App projects.
• Understanding UX/UI principles with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Your missions?

• Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.
• Manage project planning, risks, dependencies and proactive problem-solving.
• Coordinate Agile/SDLC delivery, testing activities and operational handover.
• Manage communication and collaboration with business, technical teams and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects involving eCommerce and Mobile App solutions, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams, ensuring attention to detail and a consistent user experience.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.

Your profile?

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven experience working in large and complex corporate environments.
• Strong experience in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management and problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating Agile/SDLC projects, testing and operational handover.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce and Mobile App projects.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Hybrid position: one day in one of our office at month, for freelance only fullremote.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Permanent contract: Gross Annual Salary in the range of EUR 30,000 - EUR 50,000, depending on seniority, experience and skills.
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
