Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, seeks a Business Analyst for Retail and POS projects in Italy. You will translate business needs into user stories, work with IT teams, and support testing and implementation in a hybrid Italian setting.

Requirements include a degree in business/IT and 5+ years in Retail/POS analysis, with fluency in English and Italian. The role offers growth, international exposure, and a structured training program.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid experience in Retail and Point of Sales (POS) projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business/functional requirements, user stories and process improvement.
• Fluent English and Italian are required in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills for collaboration with business and technical teams.

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements for Retail and Point of Sales (POS) solutions.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Gross Annual Salary: €30,000 – €42,000.
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
