Amaris Consulting in Italy seeks an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate diverse projects across Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna. You will manage planning, risks and stakeholder engagement, align Agile/SDLC delivery with QA handover, and collaborate with UX/UI and business teams.

Proficient in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI, you’ll report progress to stakeholders and ensure on-time delivery. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and a permanent contract with hybrid work

• Experience in large, complex corporate environments.
• Experience coordinating Agile/SDLC projects, testing and handover.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as an IT Project Manager in one of our opportunities in the Digital & Technology industry in Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna?

Your missions?

• Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.
• Manage project planning, risks, dependencies and proactive problem-solving.
• Coordinate Agile/SDLC delivery, testing activities and operational handover.
• Manage communication and collaboration with business, technical teams and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects involving eCommerce and Mobile App solutions, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams, ensuring attention to detail and a consistent user experience.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.

Your profile?

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven experience working in large and complex corporate environments.
• Strong experience in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management and problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating Agile/SDLC projects, testing and operational handover.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce and Mobile App projects.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Hybrid position: one day in one of our office at month, for freelance only fullremote.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Permanent contract: Gross Annual Salary in the range of EUR 30,000 - EUR 50,000, depending on seniority, experience and skills.
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
