Satispay is seeking a Project Manager/Finance Transformation professional to bridge Product, Business and Finance. You will lead end-to-end transformation projects around tax compliance, billing engines, and front-end finance management, enabling scalable infra and readiness for launches.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax and Core Accounting to scope and deliver, drive automation and ensure finance readiness for new products across Europe.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant roles focused on Finance Transformation.
• Solid understanding of financial product flows, billing/invoicing, and VAT logic for digital products/payments.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Independent, cross-functional project leadership with tight deadlines.
• Experience with APIs, data structures, and ERP integrations (SAP S/4HANA a plus).

• Lead fiscal, VAT, and regulatory compliance across European jurisdictions for new products

In this role, you bridge Product/Business and Finance to embed new features into Satispay’s financial ecosystem. You lead end-to-end transformation projects focused on tax compliance, billing engines, and front-end finance management, enabling scalable infra. You collaborate with product, engineering, legal, tax, and accounting teams to scope and deliver. You drive automation and improve readiness for new product launches, contributing to a fast-paced, growth-oriented finance function.
