Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• PM experience: 3–5 years in Marine or Power Generation.
• Hands-on, multitask capable, adaptable.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Project Management tools and methodologies.
• Italian native with business English fluency.
• Customer-centric mindset with emphasis on delivering results and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of emission aftertreatment projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with a preferable background in Application Engineering or Proposal Engineering. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with Manufacturing experience, strong customer mindset and collaborative attitude.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Execution and Controlling:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to deliver projects successfully

• Education: Preferably background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Marine or Power Generation industries
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Project Management tools and methodologies
• Italian native and English business level
