Qualifications

• Education: engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• PM experience: 3–5 years in Marine or Power Generation.
• Hands-on, multitask capable, adaptable.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Project Management tools and methodologies.
• Italian native with business English fluency.
• Customer-centric mindset with emphasis on delivering results and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of emission aftertreatment projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and supply chain to deliver projects successfully.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team during the proposal and pre-contract stages to provide project feasibility insights and contractual alignment.
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, technical documents, and cost estimates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution, ensuring requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and build long-term relationships based on trust and delivery excellence.
• Actively contribute to technical discussions and problem-solving during project design and execution phases.
• Support the engineering team in translating customer requirements into practical, efficient solutions.
