Pramac, una company Generac, cerca un Project Manager – Data Center per guidare progetti di data center dall’ideazione alla consegna, garantendo tempi, scopo e qualità. Ruolo chiave di coordinamento tra Engineering, Procurement, Production e Sales.

Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in ingegneria e almeno 5 anni di esperienza in project management in contesti industriali, preferibilmente legati a data center o energia. Richieste buone capacità organizzative, leadership e disponibilità a viaggiare.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale o laurea in ingegneria elettrica, meccanica o equivalente.
• Esperienza di 5+ anni gestione progetti in ambienti industriali o ingegneristici; preferita data center o mercato energetico.
• Complessità progetti customer-facing e capacità di gestione multiple progetti.
• Ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative; disponibilità a viaggiare.
• Conoscenza di sistemi di energy storage o soluzioni backup.

Mansioni

• Gestire progetti complessi relativi a soluzioni energetiche per data center.
• Fornire input tecnico e valutazioni di fattibilità a Sales e Business Development.
• Definire ambito, obiettivi, deliverables e tempistiche con stakeholder.
• Guidare team interfunzionali per l’esecuzione del progetto.
• Preparare documentazione di progetto e report di stato.
• Assicurare conformità tecnica ai requisiti del data center e agli standard internazionali.
• Promuovere miglioramenti di processo e riduzione dei costi.

Our diverse business lines ensure the company is a leading player in a wide variety of global markets.**Pramac**, part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Project Manager – Data Center** to join our Project Engineering team within the Engineering Department.The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating data center projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.This role requires strong project management capabilities, technical knowledge of battery energy storage solutions and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions including R&D, Sales, Operations, and Customers.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage complex projects related to customized power solutions for Data Centers.* Serve as the primary point of contact between Pramac and customers during project execution.* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.* Lead cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, etc.) to ensure successful project execution.* Develop Project Management Plans and monitor the progress.* Ensure technical compliance with data center requirements and international standards.* Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and technical specifications.* Support the Sales and Business Development teams with technical input and feasibility assessments for new data center opportunities.* Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency in project execution.**Requirements:*** Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).* 5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial or engineering environment; experience in data center or power generation markets is highly preferred.* Strong technical understanding of energy storage systems or backup power solutions.* Proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing projects.* Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, PMI standards).* Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.* Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or manufacturing plants.**Skills:*** Knowledge of Quality System procedures: High* Technical drawing ability: High* Problem Solving Skills: High* Analysis ability: High* Ability to work in a team: High* Planning and organization skills: High* Results orientation: High**Place of Work:*** Casole d'Elsa (SI)If you feel you have the right skill set to meet the role then please do not hesitate to contact us.We want to hear from you!
