IGNIS cerca un Project Manager – Data Centers Renewables per unirsi al team di ingegneria in Italia. Il ruolo supervisiona lo sviluppo end-to-end di progetti Data Center e autoconsumo fotovoltaico, coordinando sedi, studi tecnici e permessi, oltre a team interni ed esterni e relazioni con proprietari, clienti, partner e autorità.

Il candidato ideale possiede una laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Energetica o Industriale e almeno 3–5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi, con

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Energetica o Industriale o campo correlato.
• Almeno 3–5 anni di esperienza nella gestione e sviluppo di progetti complessi.
• Esperienza gestione end-to-end di progetti con permessi e milestone chiave.
• Esperienza nel coordinare team multidisciplinari e relazioni con consulenti, proprietari, clienti, fornitori e autorità.

• Coordinare la valutazione di nuove sedi, inclusa la fattibilità tecnica, urbanistica e amministrativa.

Due to the continued growth of our Data Center and renewable energy activities, we are now looking for a Project Manager – Data Centers Renewables to join our Engineering team in Italy.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage the end-to-end development of Data Center and photovoltaic self-consumption projects, from the identification and assessment of opportunities through to the achievement of key development milestones.
• Coordinate the assessment of new sites, including technical, urban planning and administrative feasibility.
• Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants and other stakeholders involved in the projects.
• Manage relationships with landowners, clients, strategic partners and public authorities, supporting negotiation processes and the finalisation of agreements.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks and key objectives.
• Coordinate the preparation of studies, technical documentation and permits required for project development.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation in order to maximise project feasibility.
• Support the continued growth of the company’s Data Center and renewable energy activities in Italy.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil, Energy or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the management and development of complex projects, preferably in Data Centers, renewable energy, photovoltaic self-consumption, infrastructure, industrial real estate or related sectors.
• Experience in end-to-end project management, from the initial assessment of an opportunity through to the achievement of key permits and development milestones.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with external consultants, landowners, clients, suppliers and public authorities.
• Knowledge of the main technical, permitting, urban planning and contractual aspects related to the development of energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong organisational skills, autonomy and a results-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage different stakeholders and build effective working relationships

Nice to have:

• Specific experience in the development of Data Center projects.
• Knowledge of the photovoltaic self-consumption sector and related development processes.
• Knowledge of electrical grid connections, substations and grid infrastructure.
• Knowledge of relevant, regional and local regulations.
• Knowledge of Spanish.
