IGNIS is expanding its Engineering team in Italy and seeks a Project Manager for Data Centers & Renewables. You will lead end-to-end development of data center and solar projects, coordinating sites, technical studies and stakeholder negotiations to drive timely, compliant outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in complex project delivery, strong organisational and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across landowners, clients and authorities.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil, Energy or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of energy or infrastructure project development.
• Strong organizational, autonomous and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end development of Data Center and photovoltaic self-consumption projects, from opportunity identification to key milestones.
• Coordinate assessment of new sites including technical, urban planning and administrative feasibility.
• Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams with engineers, consultants and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with landowners, clients, strategic partners and public authorities; support negotiations and agreements.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks and key objectives.
• Coordinate preparation of studies, technical documentation and permits for development.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation to maximise feasibility.
• Support growth of Data Center and renewable activities in Italy.
