Sungrow Renewables Development Co., Ltd in Italy seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead project implementation and process management for EPC projects.

You will plan and control scope, schedule, cost, risks, and resources; oversee backlog and procurement; support BD and M&A negotiations while ensuring QEHS compliance.

This role requires English fluency, strong leadership, and the ability to multitask across several projects in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Fluent in English.
• 5+ years as a PM with 3+ years in PV field; BESS is a plus.
• Knowledge of Italy EPC market and international standards.
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Honest, fast learner, adaptable and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Primary person in charge of project implementation and process management.
• Be fully responsible for project planning and management, and supervise project members to carry out various tasks, and ensure the performance of the contract.
• Focus on controlling project progress (most importantly meet the level 1 plan), quality, safety, cost, risk and personnel deployment and recruitment for execution.
• Support BD team to assess the feasibility of the projects opportunities, pipelines (site visits may be required).
• Monitor the status of Backlog (ready-to-build in 3-6 months) projects and be responsible to organize the team to finish the kick-off process as per company’s rule, and initiate procurement requests to procurement team in OA.
• Be responsible for cash-flow management for the projects (preferably positive cash flow) and apply payment requests in OA.
• Support M&A team of sales of the projects and EPC contract negotiations.
• Follow the company’s QEHS rule, cost management rule, schedule management rule and equipment and material management rule etc. and as well as comply local codes and standards.
• Cooperate with BD team to get the COD requirement documents.
• Be responsible for projects’ acceptance (both internal and external) and warranty management.
• Make proper report to HQ and Country’s management. (such as daily and weekly report)

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• More than 5 years of being a PM and 3 year in PV field, BESS is a plus.
• Know Italy EPC market well and familiar with international standards and best practices.
