Nadara cerca un Project Manager esperto per guidare progetti rinnovabili dall’inizio fino al COD e oltre, assicurando tempi, budget e qualità. Il ruolo richiede leadership di team internazionali, eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e un solido background in energia rinnovabile e ingegneria.

La persona lavorerà a stretto contatto con Supply, HSE, finanza e operations, contribuendo a massimizzare valore, ridurre rischi e guidare le fasi di sviluppo, FID e COD.

Competenze

  • Min. 8–10 anni di esperienza in ruoli PM per infrastrutture o progetti energetici.
  • Laurea magistrale o laurea breve in discipline rilevanti (energ e sostenibilità).
  • Esperienza nello sviluppo/ costruttivo in energia rinnovabile e tracking record di obiettivi raggiunti.
  • Conoscenza di indicatori finanziari chiave di un progetto rinnovabile e loro ottimizzazione.
  • Ottima padronanza di MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint e package MS Office.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare ampiamente in Europa.
  • Mentalità pragmatica e problem solving creativo.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative con stakeholder interni ed esterni.
  • Capacità di leadership e gestione di team multiculturali.
  • Patente di guida valida.
  • Livello linguistico fluente in almeno due tra italiano, inglese, francese e spagnolo.

Mansioni

  • Gestire progetti dall’FID al COD e oltre, con gestione di tempi e budget.
  • Guidare il project management di progetti di diverse tecnologie nella pipeline rinnovabile.
  • Garantire che i progetti siano consegnati in tempo e nel budget, con qualità e rischi controllati.
  • Supportare procurement nella strategia contrattuale e supervisionare attività di costruzione.
  • Gestire contratti di costruzione, QA e variazioni in coordinamento con procurement.

Job Description Summary

Nadara is expanding its PM Team and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join it. Nadara’s PM performs project management duties from FID to COD on its renewable onshore pipeline (wind, PV, storage) to deliver projects with full control of schedule, budget, quality and risk.

Job Description
Main Responsibilities
  • The role reports to the Head of PM and is expected to lead and manage projects from late development through FID and ultimately to COD, with the following tasks and responsibilities:
  • Leading in the project management of a number of projects of different technologies within our renewable pipeline from before final consent is granted up to COD;
  • Bring projects to Final Investment Decision (FID), Ready To Buid (RtB) and ultimately Commercial Operation Date (COD) on time and on budget as per FID approval;
  • Responsible and accountable for achieving the project objectives maximizing the value of the project deliverables;
  • Ensure that projects are engineered, constructed and connected on time and on budget;
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of the package for the FID;
  • Define and manage the timeline and deadlines implementing a proper Gantt, foreseeing and removing obstacles and prevent or mitigate potential risks;
  • Manage budget and financial k.p.i. providing direction and maintaining the governance of the project;
  • Manage and coordinate the project team and the interface with internal departments and external stakeholders fostering effective communication;
  • Support the procurement team in the contract strategy and oversee the construction activities;
  • Coordinate the negotiation of construction, quality assurance and management contracts and any variation or claim in coordination with the procurement team;
  • Manage the financing strategy of the project in coordination of the financing team;
  • Manage the offtake strategy in coordination with the Energy Market team;
  • Ensure high quality standards in HSE in coordination with the HSE department and control on the quality assurance aspects;
  • Hand over asset to Operations at PAC (Provisional Acceptance Certificate)
Required skills & experience
  • Min. 8-10 years of working in PM roles for infrastructure or energy projects
  • Master or Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in relevant subject e.g. renewables, engineering, planning or environmental and sustainability studies
  • Experience in the renewable energy development and/or construction, with a demonstrable track record of successfully achieved targets
  • Knowledge of the key financial indicators of a renewable project and their optimization
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS applications
  • Prepared to travel extensively within Europe
  • Pragmatic and creative problem solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external stakeholders, partners, technical and non-technical)
  • Good Leadership attitude with an empathic approach
  • Experience of leading teams from multiple cultures and competencies
  • Full clean driving license
  • Fluent speaker of at least two of the following languages Italian, English, French and Spanish
Desirable skills & experience
  • Quality, health and safety management experience of design and construction works.
