You will be based in Forli / Italy in our multinational and diverse Team, together with other Technology and R&D specialist, Product Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Factory Quality and more.

Product Development Europe team is looking for an experienced professional who would drive and coordinate a team of Project Leaders within the oven product category.

Your mission will be to plan & drive execution of the overall project portfolio for the category in line with strategic targets. You will ensure allocation of resources to meet project targets. You will oversee driving the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies & synergies across different projects, ensuring aligned and standardized project reporting as well as strengthening the relation and interaction with other functions in the organization.

The key interfaces in this role are : Product Line, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Product Care, Labs, Technologies and Global architecture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project portfolio, assure achievements, standardize processes between the projects, reduce complexity, trace and track the running budget
• Lead and drive a team of project leaders, support your team in solving issues, establish a positive feedback culture, moderate conflicts, set targets, do regular performance tasks
• Strengthen all relations and interactions with other functions
• Create an atmosphere of support where everyone is encouraged to give their best
• Additionally, you will manage and drive own development projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical education
• Strong Project Management skills and familiar with project management tools and terminology
• Good knowledge of the platform concepts and the architecture and technology roadmaps
• Fair, open and transparent personality who is able to generate trust, strong and patient communicator, proactive and flexible mindset
• Fluent English is mandatory
