Bonatti cerca un Project HSE Manager per supportare il progetto in Italia. La risorsa coordinerà l’implementazione delle politiche HSE, svilupperà piani e procedure specifiche, e garantirà la conformità alle normative italiane e agli standard internazionali.

È richiesta una comprovata esperienza in oil & gas, conoscenza di DLgs 81/2008, ISO 45001/14001 e eccellente padronanza di inglese e italiano. Il candidato collaborerà con il Project Manager e le autorità competenti.

Competenze

• 5–8 anni di esperienza HSE nel settore oil & gas.
• Qualifica internazionale in HSE Management (BSC/NEBOSH) preferibilmente con background ingegneristico.
• Conoscenza approfondita della normativa italiana in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente (DLgs. 81/2008).
• Conoscenza di norme HSE rilevanti come ISO 45001/14001.
• Conoscenza di pratiche/standard internazionali HSE (iOGP, OSHA, BS/AS/NZ).
• Eccellente conoscenza dell’inglese e dell’italiano.

Mansioni

• Coordinare l’applicazione del sistema HSE in cantiere.
• Sviluppare il piano HSE di progetto e le principali procedure di sicurezza.
• Definire studi e programmi HSE per ridurre rischi e conformità normativa.
• Definire il programma di risposta alle emergenze e le attrezzature necessarie.
• Indicare lo staff HSE chiave per il progetto e supportare il personale sul campo.
• Redigere report HSE mensili e finali di progetto.
• Auditare il sito e le discipline HSE e proporre azioni correttive.
• Gestire relazioni con clienti e autorità in materia di HSE.

We are currently looking for a Project HSE Manager for our project in Italy.

The ideal candidate provides HSE support to all activities at Site, plan, schedule, coordinate and control the activities providing quality and timely advice to the Project Manager and other Line Managers during the current and future activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Company HSE System application on site;
• Develop the Project HSE plan and main HSE procedures specific for the project in compliance with Client expectations and Company requirements;
• Define together with PM special HSE studies and program to reduce exposure to loss via personal injury or illness, loss of fire, loss of spill of hazardous materials or waste and comply with governmental regulations;
• Define emergency response program and number and characteristics of emergency equipments and staff;
• Define the key HSE site personnel for the project;
• support site HSE staff in site decisions and instruction issuing, supervising the Site HSE Manager;
• Participate in the periodical internal meeting and third parties meeting (client, local authority, etc..) issuing the necessary documents;
• Issue the monthly HSE reports and final project report;
• Evaluate the success of overall project HSE plan, control the achieving of project goals and seek opportunities for continuous improvement in compliance with project HSE goals and KPI, reporting to management;
• Support PD/PM with Client and Local authority relationship on HSE matters;
• Audit the site and H.O. disciplines from a HSE regulatory and management perspective and recommend actions to address deficiencies;
• Check if all the direct manpower has received suitable Personal Protection Equipments (PPE) and has been medically checked and fit to work;
• Process all safety statistics, participate in the review of all serious accidents, fatality and major disaster analyzing causes, suggesting measures to eliminate and/or correct deficiencies.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in the oil & gas industry
• Internationally recognised qualification in HSE Management (BSC, NEBOSH or equivalent) preferably with an engineering background.
• Strong knowledge of Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, with particular reference to Legislative Decree 81/2008 (D.Lgs. 81/2008), and proven experience in its application within construction and industrial project environments.
• Knowledge of relevant HSE norms such as ISO 45001/14001
• Knowledge of the best International practices/STD (e.g. iOGP, OSHA, BS/AS/NZ)
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
